Cade Cunningham's versatility on both sides of the ball is looking like a playoff, team-building cheat code. He's carrying a bigger offensive burden than any player in the NBA, within a team construct that allows their opponents to pack the paint at all times. He's going up against big, physical wings who are ignoring help responsibilities to deny him touches. Yet, time & time again he finds ways to get the ball where he wants it, get to his spots, score in a variety of ways and find all of the right pressure points as a passer. Then, after his team scores, he's picking up James Harden 94 feet. He has the agility to cut off his driving angles, and the strength to absorb his bumps. Screen to get a switch? He's got the size and length to match up with most bigger forwards. Put him in the corner? He's one of the best non-big rim protectors in the league. This is what a 2-way superstar looks like. Ridiculous basketball player.
