@ZSolutions_ @Olufemiloye Because if IRCC is going to invite candidates based on occupations, they want to make sure that the candidates will continue to work in those occupations once they become PRs. A career person is very likely to stay in their trade, an IT professional would probably not.

@Olufemiloye They are very strict with eligibility though. You need to be a career tradesperson instead of only having 12 months of experience that meets the NOC code.

The tasks are usually simple for generalist roles. You just need to pay attention. For example, on Outlier Aether Generalist, most tasks involve: Differentiating between two pictures and making edits or giving feedback on whether the AI generated the image well. Listening to two voice notes and teaching it which is better and how to communicate more effectively with humans. So generally, if you can pay attention, it’s not that difficult, fam.

Things are very easy to do once you're a nepo baby. Mo Abudu was born in the UK and schooled there. She came back to Nigeria and got employed as HR in ExxonMobil. She worked for about seven years, which is enough to build something. If you're not solid financially and you leave your job to go after your purpose, you'll cry bitter tears.
