Beloved tech influencer Lamarr Wilson has sadly passed away at the age of 48. May he rest in peace🕊️

It's heartbreaking that Lamarr Wilson has passed away at age 48. Lamarr was a cornerstone of the LA gaming and tech creator community, and he carried an infectious joy and warmth with him everywhere. Every conversation with him left me feeling a little more energized. He had a rare ability to lift people up just by being himself. During the pandemic, he was one of the first creators to reach out, wanting to help and be part of Summer Game Fest. That generosity and spirit meant a great deal to us, and it’s something I’ll always remember. My thoughts are with Lamarr’s family, friends, and everyone whose lives he touched.

You don’t have to agree with Charlie Kirk or his views, but taking someone’s life over differences is never justified. The whole situation is tragic. Prayers and condolences to his family and loved ones.

We don’t yet know what motivated the person who shot and killed Charlie Kirk, but this kind of despicable violence has no place in our democracy. Michelle and I will be praying for Charlie’s family tonight, especially his wife Erika and their two young children.
