@MCA21India Thanks for considering this long pending request from Fraternity though it is designed to collect more revenue than provide benefit.🙏 Kindly provide relief for #DINKYC as it still costs Rs. 5000/-. No relief has been provided for this compliance since its launch in year 2018.

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has issued General Circular No. 01/2026 dated 24th February 2026, introducing the Companies Compliance Facilitation Scheme, 2026 (CCFS-2026). A one-time compliance window for companies to regularize pending filings with reduced fees and condonation of delay. Under this Scheme, companies may: * File pending annual filings with the MCA-21 registry; or * Apply for Dormant status or seek closure in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. @Dpant19988 @FinMinIndia @nsitharamanoffc @MCA21India They could have lowered the limits of XBRL applicability, which is setteled method of Machine Readable submission in ROC.. Don't know why they choose to design entire new script of V3 with such complexity...!

Dear FM Madam, @FinMinIndia @nsitharamanoffc, Just prepared Form AOC4, MGT7A for a small company having neglible Turnover. It took 4 hours to prepare it. Previously under @MCA21India V2 portal it was sufficient to prepare it in 1 hour alongwith scanning work. 1/3

Started practice in offline mode way back in 1995, no awareness was required when MCA went online in 2006, not even on implementation of Companies Act 2013, not even on migration from V1 to V2 . With experience of almost 30 yrs, now simply for change to V3 , awareness required ?

@MCA21India @HelpdeskMCA21V3 @LTIMindtreeOFCL what type of awareness is expected out of professionals ? Simply log in can’t be done, the page doesn’t open, the otp not received really needs awareness ?? Why are you misleading the stakeholders ??

Our request for #ExdendDueDate is based on time consumption for compliance. With Changes in regulatory, expectation for time relief r not exaggerated. V3 glitches r coming for last 3 years. Bring #CFSS for 3 months to compensate MSME & us too. @PMOIndia @narendramodi #CSTwitter

I really don't know what kind of value addition has happened in those Forms, (except machine readability, which we feel can be achieved in V2 PDF also). Information requirements have been changed enormously with V3 without any prior information b4 July 2025. 2/3

MCA Due Date extension is coming ⏳⏳⏳ Wait till Monday ⏳⏳ ICAI had a meeting with the MCA officials and have brought various issues relating to the filing. They have in principle agreed for an extension. The formal order is expected by Monday.

4. Allow Multiple Login of single V3 Username. If Portal is really as good as U claim, U must remove restrictions putted on it's access. Let's professionals also hv free use of All MCA facilities without restricting anything, anywhere! @icsi_cs @nsitharamanoffc #CSTwitter 2/2.
