@blindandb0ujee As much as anyone says reach out im here for you! In reality there is only so much people can handle. And if its constant and they cant do much to help makes the burden of asking for help worse. even then I wouldn't expect my friends to help or reach out.

For me, constantly being mistreated and traumatised by people who were supposed to love me has left me believing that I don’t deserve kindness or support. Why would I reach out for something I genuinely don’t believe I deserve?

Everyone keeps saying reach out if you're suffering. As someone who struggles day to day with depression, I can firmly tell you that it's not that easy. If someone's retracting and not themselves, YOU need to reach out. Most of us think we're burdens. 😕

My local area is horrid for this. Literally every single lamppost has either a UK flag or an England flag.

@LifeOfMacca They do verbally take all numbers needed for the transaction. Ive brought concert tickets over the phone for accessibility box office and they ask.

Didn't happen coz companies dont verbally take your card number or CVV.
You have to type them in on your keypad.
So yeah - this didn't happen.

I’m on a (far from empty) train and a bloke has just made a payment over the phone. Full name, long card number, expiry, CVV all announced to the carriage. Baffling.
