@LandRover literally 48 hours for every email exchange from customer service even with a case number. Are you hoping I’ll be out of warranty by the time you get to the bottom of the issue. This is quite possibly THE WORST customer service I’ve experienced.

Buy a @LandRover you’ll get 3 years manufacturing warranty and peace of mind. Oh except for THE DOORS because we know they’re shit so we’ll reduce that warranty to 12 months and class them under the same as wiper blades 🥴

What’s the worst period of time to own a @LandRover? Answer: When it’s “in warranty” What’s the best time? Answer: When it’s out of warranty and you can start dealing with competent

@BeavertownBeer I ordered on the 7th December, I’ve not heard anything. I’ve contacted customer service on email and live chat. Heard nothing, no replies to anything.

@MartinDotNet Tesco car insurance offered me like for like. I benefited from it. You can also select it on most policies as an added option. Obviously puts your premiums up

We've had to send our 7-seater car in for repair... we have 3 kids and live in a very rural area... The insurance company believe that we should be happy with a 3-door 1 litre courtesy car for a month. Like for like is apparently not something insurers do now.

@spacedawwwg My office is a temporary arrangement with my wood work shed so the ability to pack down is a must. One monitor works for me. Admittedly it’s not 40” tho current project is making me consider a larger one

@HiveHomeUK Just letting you know you have a JavaScript error in your app preventing anyone (including your support staff) from creating groups. Pretty critical when you're trying to install spotlights on one switch.

Had just about enough of @HiveHomeUK crappy system. Wired hub constantly down because of updates. Upgrade to new 360 hub. Everything bar the hub offline. Won’t pair. Old one won’t connect. Customer service asked me to turn my boiler off to fix it wtf. utter nonsense.

@_Branny @contentful also had to create the destination anchors during parsing of richtext nodes at build/runtime as richtext offers no way for users to do that (markdown editor wins on that one 🤪) fun fun.

Quick @contentful question. Is there a way in the online editor to create a content type that is just a link. So link text and url as entries? Can't seem to find it

@richhiggins @contentful So basically, yeah I was doing it wrong. I was using the long text (which is markdown) and doesn't allow hash links. Rich text editor does. 🤦 Cheers buddy

@_Branny @contentful hmmm richtext editor should let you link to #inpageanchor as a url IIRC. will have a butchers how I’ve done that

@richhiggins @contentful I've been having a look at all the specific Field types and none seem right, every option is a bit of a hack. Plus the link in the WYSIWYG won't allow you to add # links to anchor down to a place in a page. I'll keep poking around.
