What a year! I ended my junior season at 6”0 160lbs, fastball barely hitting 83mph and couldn’t touch the zone. I came into my senior year up to about 175lbs and by the end of the fall I hit 200lbs. Finally ended up working the fastball up to 90mph and getting in the zone. #work
