I’m about to go to bed without my daily dose of Verstave, that’s shameful. 🥹

Like, I boost myself to grade by thinking the sooner I complete that, the sooner I can go back to my Verstave writing. But no! Hours later, my brain is fried af and I can do nothing but vegetating on the couch. I love my job but grading papers really kills my mental energy.

I want to write so much but I have so many papers to grade before Monday, I spent literally 5 hours on some of them today (I don’t even teach these classes, fuck me) and I’m not even done yet… it drains me, honestly. As soon as I stop for the day, I can’t find energy to write.
