@TilsonGraham Sorry about this—it shouldn’t have happened. I’ve spoken to the Regional Manager, and one grinder is out of service. They were instructed to use the dark roast beans instead of Voyager, but unfortunately, that wasn’t followed. This is now rectified. Apologies again!

@_InsomniaCoffee Your dark roast machine is broken in Gleneaston Leixlip. Only Voyager beans available.  Young lady telling people her area manager has told her to charge the extra for this bean. A very poor customer service decision. A few hours less profit until machine fixed

@_InsomniaCoffee the crew on in Shannon Town are absolute rockstars. I always forget how wonderful they are when I’m home for a visit. No matter how busy it is, they really make it feel personal. 13/10 would coffee again.
