@NebsGoodTakes They could make it a Dune type of story and have it be a cautionary tale. Have the tragic fall of Valyria and have you sympathise/root for his conquest, then show the real horrors of essentially taking over another country by force, and how it was weaponised as a glamorous tale.

I haven't read fire and blood but wouldn't this be people surrendering for 2 hours
