If the #Sixers offered Yabusele the $5.7m TP-MLE, they wouldn't have been able to cross over the 2nd apron. This could've impacted their flexibility to re-sign Grimes in the future. Again, if Grimes re-signed earlier, Philadelphia likely would've been able to keep Yabusele.

@GarnettGotGame @EvInFour Pj would be happy he gets to be a starter. Mavs are happy they get a pretty good pick and a rotation player in Oubre and have two expirings. Sixers have a better chance at competing in weak east. Bench rotation: dlo, Christie, Oubre, Naji, Gaff
