@_Marra_o7o @g__j I'm a fully electric 3 bed semi on a single phase 80A breaker. 5kW ASHP, 32A cooker, EV charger, solar, batteries etc. Diversity of usage means they never all run together. And Zappi EV charger monitors total house load can modulate down the charge if house load close to max.

@g__j Is it common for a residential property to need 3-phase electricity when going fully electric, including a car charger? A friend was told that they need to lose the car charger or pay for 3-phase + commercial rates. Please help
