Mark 11:23 (King James Version) “For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.” Faith is expressed by speaking. ⸻ 4. “Claim our success” Scripture repeatedly teaches confession and expectation of victory. 2 Corinthians 4:13 (King James Version) “We having the same spirit of faith, according as it is written, I believed, and therefore have I spoken; we also believe, and therefore speak.” Also: Joshua 1:8 (King James Version) “This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night… for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.” ⸻ 5. “Demand God to do something” Scripture actually invites bold requests. That’s how he worked Eve; by getting her obsessed with the one tree she wasn’t given, instead of grateful for the entire garden she already had. And that’s how he still ruins lives today: not by taking blessings away, but by convincing people to despise the blessings they already have. Discontent will always make God’s provision feel insufficient even when you’re standing in a perfect garden. May God give you grace to be content with what He’s gifted you in, what He’s gifted you with, and where He’s placed you.
