IRAN: WE WILL NOT NEGOTIATE WITH TRUMP ANY FURTHER

The fragile interim ceasefire between the United States and Iran has collapsed following a severe escalation in the Strait of Hormuz. On Saturday, forces from Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) blatantly attacked the M/V GFS Galaxy, a Cyprus-flagged container ship transiting the strategic waterway. The assault inflicted significant engine room damage and ignited an onboard fire, forcing the civilian crew to abandon ship. While most of the crew was evacuated safely, U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) reports that one mariner remains missing. Some analysts see bitcoin peaking at $300,000–$500,000 in 2029, but historical cycle math suggests those targets may be unlikely. Bitcoin’s four-year halving cycle has produced progressively smaller peak-to-peak multiples: $266 (2013), nearly $20,000 (2017), about $69,000 (2021) and $126,000 (2025). With the next halving scheduled for April 2028, the next cycle peak is expected in 2029, but the trend implies more measured gains as BTC becomes larger and more institutionalized via ETFs, futures and options.

This could make the situation between Iran and the US even more serious. The next few days will be important to watch.
