@Goose0777 Im not certain either but I'm 100% certain he is Mikaboshi
English

@_Sword_Saint Maybe he somehow did the retual to get access to the power after the maldictation
English

The power to construct anything. Tapped into by the first king, used to create a home for the Mikaboshi.
It doesn't just explain the country's existance, but stuff like the pristine table and chairs...
& the solitary pine tree growing in nutritionless sand. (1/2)

English

@iorisamura He would have had a week with the stone before it all went down.
Though this dilemma does bring up a good point.
Would the Mikaboshi view this as blasphemy? or will they acknowledge that the power that saved them is now aiding their enemy. I doubt they'll take this lightly.
English

@_Sword_Saint even if “the stone listened to him”, japan became aware of what that stone meant to them (shiba survived and he was the messanger), they knew that and went and disrespected their beliefs, even after the sogas almost genocides them. kunishige was very aware. come on now

Just as that stone answered to the Mikaboshi's pleas, it answered to Kunishige when he bestowed it purpose.
The same thing that chose the Mikaboshi also chose him.

🧐🧐🧐@iorisamura
i don’t know man playing and weaponizing the holy stone (almost a god) of your enemy is pretty bad. the fact that he lived 15 years at peace is a lot.
English

@Goose0777 Thats a mystery.
I really wonder how the Mikaboshi would view this? Perhaps they would perceive it as disrespect as you mentioned?
Or maybe since they treasure it so much, they'll would probably try to figure out why the power that aided them is aiding their enemies.
English

@_Sword_Saint I agree but it's still very disrespectful to them, also I wonder what exactly he did thatade the blades stronger than people that had the stone exposed to them from birth
English

@Pepesito621870 @juneitiss I think that the original power, the"Sumika" attack that Prince Ariu did is what we are seeing in this diagram.
English

@DDual48 @Allonsy04 I think their goals atleast align since him wielding Magatsumi means the island is no longer sealed by the Kodoku, which is a thing Yura mentions.
I think its a potentially interesting dynamic:
A guy who failed his country and another guy who's country failed him.
English

@_Sword_Saint @Allonsy04 true but then why would yura work with a mikaboshi, if yura’s goal is to remove “evildoers” from japan for the purposes of stabilization, wouldn’t having a vengeful mikaboshi be pretty risky
English

The Mikaboshi pleading for a home & peaceful future gave birth to the power that constucted their nation.
Kunishige imbue the blade with a purpose as he forges, granting it the means to fulfill them.
Just as it heard the Mikaboshi's pleas, it also answered to him.

English

@_Sword_Saint Possible honestly he’s the most mysterious character ever
English

@MagatsumiBrojo I think Hatshaku is a Mikaboshi. Perhaps one of the six or a non royal
English

@MagatsumiBrojo Still the same principles, or similar.
Theres is also the pine tree. Which is potentially tied with the first king's power of Environmental Reconstruction.
The power to create something from thin air. It explains the country, furniture & the tree growing from barren sand.
