I almost never make this type this statement because you can be sucked into hope, reasoning that the market does not get it or one more good news, maket manipulation, etc I keep an open mind that the price is an aggregate of all market participants opinion on the underlying and perhaps there are hidden factors that we dont know, and perhaps it is priced in. I look at price to confirm my thesis. If it is heavily discounted, perhaps the dcf and high debt is making a big impact. Perhaps market participants are pricing these deals and revenue generation further out, hencr discounting the risks. Just be realistic what you're in for.
