There’s another advantage most overlook: collateral. Hard assets like Bitcoin or gold can be borrowed against when needed, without raising new capital or diluting ownership. Helpful for major repairs, bridge financing, or other big expenses. Scarcity becomes a liquidity lever.

When purchasing a multifamily, it can be common for your tenants to be on month-to-month leases. Ours were too, and at first, it felt flexible. But we quickly realized that flexibility often means unpredictability. How we are thinking about this 👇

Lesson learned: ask about billing cycles, irrigation meters, and how sewer charges are calculated. Small details can have big financial impacts, especially when operating at scale. Push for the local change you want to see, and you'll be amazed what you can accomplish.
