Minimum wage is for the young and immigrants who have no skills yet to market. Without manufacturing jobs our working poor is screwed.

My point is, you record an officer from more than 8 feet, they believe it's less than 8 feet, so they tell you to stop, when you don't, they move within the 8ft distance, you're not breaking the law because you're the one being questioned?

There is also a section in that article which clarifies your question. You get an initial verbal warning but if you don’t stop, you’re subject to charges

If you're being questioned because they believe you're recording within 8 feet, do you then get to record? It's a shit law.
