You just find this kind of litter around most small & medium sized stations with a verge now. It looks like a dump! By tracks themselves can also be abysmal. Network rail are appalling for this stuff! Terrible wardens of the public realm. This hasn’t been cleaned in years.

25% of pensioners have over a million pounds of assets, a lot more of them are pretty comfortable. Whilst poor pensioners do exist and should be helped, the story of the deprived pensioners are greatly exaggerated.
