@gonegirlfriend wella vivid darks pigmented lightener might fix this!! They come in two diff shades of red, but you could totally go back over it w a light purple color like joico “lilac”

I don’t know how many times I can say this but my god. I have *never* seen something like this. These are gutters and streams that run the sides of streets on almost every street and alley in Tehran. They are destroying a city in ways we haven’t witnessed before.
