One of my guys who I used to hustle with left Ghana for Kenya in 2023. Last year, he called and asked me to help him find land to buy. I linked him some plots at Oyibi. Today, his foreman asked me to come and inspect the work done so far to report back to him. They’ve cast the concrete and will start block laying in two weeks. @zoomafrika1 Dr Congo is a peculiar case they are blessed with everything, vast lands, a huge young population, the second largest forest on earth, vast minerals and river Congo if they could stop fighting for a few years they could easily shape and influence Africa.

Dubai has spent $47.6 billion on roads and transport in the last 20 years. That's the short answer. The longer answer is about excellent execution: 25,000+ lane-kilometers of road, 3.5 million vehicles on them every day, and a fleet of 752 cleaning vehicles running around the clock. 35 of those are dedicated highway sweepers. Foreign workers make up 96% of Dubai's private sector, with workers from India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Nepal, and Sri Lanka accounting for 90% of the total. Every Dubai resident pays a 5% fee on their annual rent through their electricity bill, which partly funds street cleaning. @AfricaFirsts Egypt's biggest vulnerability is the Nile river if it is somehow affected in a war Egypt will collapse that's why Egypt is uneasy with its upstream neighbour Ethiopia right now.

Egypt 🇪🇬 has the strongest military in Africa and ranks 19th in the world. Egypt feels like a safe haven for Africans if World War III/World War 3 (WWIII) breaks out.

@TheAmenReigns Africa as a continent can never grow unless Drc Congo has peace, they hold a lot of raw materials which Africa needs in order to rapidly grow not to mention river Congo which by itself can power most of Africa but we as Africans are too busy fighting each other to see that.

The same thing with the Congolian Rainforest. The infamous Mokele Mbembe, a dinosaur-like creature has been spotted swimming in its rivers by locals and explorers in the past. A vast majority of that rainforest is still unexplored due to the dangerous creatures like venomous snakes, spiders, and many other wild animals that inhabit it. Some locals in the past have reported hearing loud screeching noises coming from the forest area that is likely from a large creature, which many suspect are dinosaurs or something of its size.

@labushouk Africa is not ready to be passport free. North Africans don't fully trust each other (Morocco and Algeria) Too much radicalisation in West Africa mainly Nigeria, East Africans still fighting civil wars (DRC, South Sudan), South Africans still think they are better than everyone.

passports are imperial documents designed to regulate the flow of people from postcolonies to metroples. they are not neautral travel documents. & it's not like colonizers applied for visas when they went & colonized vast swathes of the globe.
