@RoyalMail are useless. Parcel due to arrive last Tuesday. No updates on tracking at all, still showing as delayed in transit. Called up Friday to be told they don't know where it is but it isn't classed as missing until this Wednesday. Useless 👏

@RoyalMail Are there delays in your Bristol Kingswood sorting office? Two parcels were said to be out for delivery to me on Friday 21st November on a track 24 service and neither have arrived and the tracking still says arriving Friday 21st 🙄

@RoyalMail - I’ve had a message to say my flowers weren’t delivered today (ordered for a party today) as my driveway was blocked/inaccessible. I don’t even have a driveway! My heart sank when I knew Royal Mail were delivering as I knew then I wouldn’t receive my parcel!
