7. Is Genesys Upskill a coding bootcamp? No. Genesys Upskill is not a full technical bootcamp. Instead, it focuses on career clarity, foundational understanding, and guided exposure, helping participants make informed decisions before committing to deeper technical training.

6. Do I need any prior tech experience to join? No prior experience is required. The programme is designed specifically for beginners and individuals just starting to explore technology.
