There are days when life feels like nothing but the rush.
Like I'm always trying to keep up with something I can't even see. Scripts, deadlines and never ending shoots. Everything pulling me in a hundred different directions. And somewhere along the way, I forgot how it feels to seem to pause..
BREATHE.
It's not about trying to steal time.
It's about giving myself permission to settle in the moment.
No rush. No pressure. Just me, the pavement, fresh air and my car.
Because sometimes, the best realizations in life only appear when the noise finally quiet still.
Here, I can here my own thoughts again.
I can breathe without feeling like I'm falling behind. And maybe, that's what I'm needed all along-
a moment to pause.
To feel the world, instead of racing past it. To remember that life isn't the race to the finish line. It's a path that unfolds one quiet moment at a time.
So today, I'm choosing to slow down.
