Note: We’re in beta for one month with a $100 transfer cap. After that, the cap will be lifted.

The Snowbridge app has been enabled after the successful Polkadot AssetHub migration today. We congratulate the team involved in this feat of engineering - a perfect execution. Snowbridge is enabled and transfers are flowing normally. We thank the community for their patience.

We have put the Snowbridge app on maintenance mode in preparation for the Polkadot AssetHub Migration on 2025-11-04 at 07:00 UTC (see link in next post). All pending messages will be processed normally - you can still view your transaction history. We will post again with maintenance mode has been turned off.

🚨Snowbridge maintenance mode during Polkadot AssetHub migration: During tomorrow’s Polkadot AssetHub migration, DOT teleports between BridgeHub and AssetHub will be disabled. Since Snowbridge relies on these for fees, we’ll place Snowbridge in maintenance mode during the migration. Service will resume once teleports are re-enabled. We apologize for the service disruption. We will keep the community informed when the bridge has been enabled again.
