Messiah Justice Bottoms (54) approached two people in Salt Lake City, UT yesterday and randomly punches one of them. Eventually he leaves after being confronted with an armed victim.

Mr. Bottoms has been arrested *AT LEAST* 16 times in Salt Lake City alone including "a string of random violent random street attacks" in 2021 that only ended because he eventually stabbed a guy multiple times and the police finally responded and put him in cuffs.
