@Natwargoyal4bjp We had booked a 3 BHK flat in the project BCC Greens, developed by your organization, BCC Constructions Limited, and paid a booking amount of ₹18 lakh on 30th June. At the time of booking, the sales team assured us that the project was fully compliant with all regulatory norms and that financing facilities were available through all major banks.
However, when we applied for a home loan, the banks rejected our application citing major discrepancies in the project, including an expired RERA registration and stalled construction (screenshot of the bank’s email attached).
As financing was essential to our purchase decision and the loan was rejected due to non-compliance with RERA regulations, we submitted a cancellation request on 8th October (screenshot of the letter attached). Your team assured us that a full refund would be processed within 90 days of the application. However, four months have now passed, and we have received only ₹2 lakh, with ₹16 lakh still pending.
My 72-year-old father, who has mobility issues and severe vision problems, has visited your office more than ten times requesting a meeting. Unfortunately, he has not been granted an appointment so only option left to connect with you through X post. During his last visit, your team informed him that the refund application has been forwarded for approval and that the cheque of ₹16 lakh will be released immediately upon approval.
We respectfully request you to kindly approve the refund and instruct your team to release the remaining ₹16 lakh at the earliest.
