Have just received this video of a cat suffering from scabies in a neighbouring city. The issue is lack of funds this month but we can't leave this boy to suffer. We just need £80 to cover transport costs. Help us to rescue him. PayPal: paypal.me/twsociety Ref: Mufasa

She has not warmed up despite staff using treats to build a positive association. This designation often means that the cat will be given very little time for rescue/foster/adoption.🔥🔥🔥🔥 What my friends at ACC say about me: I am looking for a home with a patient person. I would appreciate slow introductions to new people and places to help me feel safe. Due to the detailed behavior issues, this animal is only available for foster/adoption through one of ACC's New Hope Partners. If you are interested in adopting or fostering, please fill out the pre-screener form. This animal is not directly available for adoption through ACC and is only available by completing the pre-screener form. ❤️ 😻❤️ 😻❤️ 😻 NEEDS OUT OF SHELTER ASAP – Please RT or pledge, if you can, to save this little one. @AdamsPaulGrimke @mehser12 💔😿🙏Thank you

She has not warmed up despite staff using treats to build a positive association. This designation often means that the cat will be given very little time for rescue/foster/adoption.🔥🔥🔥🔥 Doe is a tiny snow-kissed beauty with the gentlest soul. 🤍✨ This dainty little lady spends most of her time tucked safely inside her cozy hidey box, quietly watching the world from where she feels secure. The shelter has been a bit too overwhelming for her sensitive heart, but she remains tolerant of gentle touch and patient kindness. Doe is the kind of cat who will need a calm home, soft voices, and someone who understands that love doesn't always arrive loudly - sometimes it arrives in tiny, brave moments. Beneath her shy exterior is a lovely little cat just waiting to feel safe enough to bloom. If you have a quiet home and a gentle heart, Doe may be the delicate companion you've been waiting for. 🕊️. Doe tolerates attention and petting but may be fearful or stressed in the shelter, and may be intimidated by small children. She may be a little more independent, and may need time to warm up to her new home. ❤️ 😻❤️ 😻❤️ 😻 NEEDS OUT OF SHELTER ASAP – Please RT or pledge, if you can, to save this little one. @AdamsPaulGrimke 💔😿🙏Thank you

🆘🆘 EXABYTE (ID 253945), 2 YO, MALE – IN QUEENS ACC - came into the shelter as an owner surrender on 5/7/2026, with the surrender reason stated as animal behavior - aggressive to other animals. 🆘🆘 😿 😿 😿 😿 ➡️TBD 6/6/26 ➡️ NEW HOPE PARTNER RESCUE ONLY ➡️ TOO LOW ON PLEDGES TO STIMULATE RESCUE INTEREST ➡️ 🆘🆘 2ND Chance on Emergency Placement List – VERY URGENT – 🆘🆘 😱🔥🔥😱 ➡️ 29 DAYS IN SHELTER – TOO LONG – TIME IS RUNNING OUT ➡️ EXABYTE IS ON THE EPL FOR BEHAVIORAL REASONS - He is not thriving in the care center and continues to display distance-increasing behavior when approached for interactions. He has not warmed up despite staff using treats to build a positive association. This designation often means that the cat will be given very little time for rescue/foster/adoption.🔥🔥🔥🔥 Exabyte is an otherworldly beauty with shimmering silver-blue fur and striking emerald eyes that look like they were carved from a glowing geode. 💚✨ With his angular features and intense gaze, he looks a little bit like an alien visitor - in the very best way possible. Right now, Exabyte is deeply misunderstood. Shelter life has been overwhelming for him, and he does not yet feel comfortable with petting or handling. But beneath his wary exterior is a sensitive cat who deserves the chance to decompress in a calm, low-traffic environment with a patient and compassionate person. Exabyte is seeking rescue placement with someone who understands that trust can take time, and that quiet companionship can be just as meaningful as constant affection. With stability, kindness, and space to feel safe, this extraordinary boy has every chance to thrive. For the right rescue or adopter, Exabyte won't just be a cat - he'll be a once-in-a-lifetime companion. 🛸🐾 ❤️ 😻❤️ 😻❤️ 😻 NEEDS OUT OF SHELTER ASAP – Please RT or pledge, if you can, to save this little one. @AdamsPaulGrimke @mehser12 💔😿🙏Thank you

🆘🆘 WINTER (ID 250119), 6 YO, FEMALE – IN QUEENS ACC - came into the shelter as an aco - owner surrender on 3/20/2026, with the surrender reason stated as animal behavior - aggressive towards people. 🆘🆘 😿 😿 😿 😿 🆘🆘 UPDATE – UPDATE – POOR WINTER WAS RETURNED TO THE EPL ON 5/26/30 – LITERALLY ON BORROWED TIME NOW – BEYOND URGENT – LET’S HELP HER GET SAFE 🆘🆘 ➡️TBD 6/4/26 ➡️ TOO LOW ON PLEDGES TO STIMULATE RESCUE INTERES ➡️🆘🆘 13TH Chance on Emergency Placement List – 13 TIMES IS ALMOST UNPRECEDENTED – TIME IS RUNNING OUT FOR WINTER – SHELTER IS AT CAPACITY - ALL HANDS ON DECK - NOW IS THE TIME TO ACT/HELP MUCHI - HIGHEST EU/SILENT KILL RISK- VERY LIKELY LAST CALL🆘🆘 😱🔥🔥😱 ➡️ 75 DAYS IN SHELTER – TOO LONG – TIME IS RUNNING OUT ➡️ WINTER IS ON THE EPL FOR BEHAVIORAL REASONS - he is not thriving in the care center and continues to display distance-increasing behavior when approached for interactions. She has not warmed up despite staff using treats to build a positive association. This designation often means that the cat will be given very little time for rescue/foster/adoption.🔥🔥🔥🔥 A volunteer writes: Please see Winter with any questions, comments, and concerns regarding scheduling, policy, and programming. She's been here since March but that's not why she's been fast tracked to upper management. It's her skills! For consideration and approval, Winter utilizes a rigorous process that only she understands and because task delegation hasn't been a priority (please don't tell her I said that) we've been left trying to parse out the details. Winter knows who she is and we celebrate her confident stride, but just because she's a picture of self assuredness and leadership, doesn't mean shelter life has been exactly easy for her. We know Winter likes to be the one to make decisions but the Care Center doesn't always have a lot of opportunities for that. We don't know that much about her life before, but Winter isn't a fan of other cats and is hoping her next role will be supervising a family. Winter is now beginning to accept treats and she has responded positively to gabapentin. ❤️ 😻❤️ 😻❤️ 😻 NEEDS OUT OF SHELTER ASAP – Please RT or pledge, if you can, to save this little one. @AdamsPaulGrimke @mehser12 💔😿🙏Thank you
