All pre-evacuation orders for the Arvada area to include Highway 93 to Alkire St, from 96th Ave south to 82nd Ave, have been LIFTED for the time being. Please remain prepared should conditions change. There are NO pre-evacuation orders in Arvada at this point.

Law question: Suppose I decided I didn't like a local business. So, I start spamming them with calls so their phone doesn't work. Spamming their email so their email is annoying, etc. Presumably this is illegal, but what legal standard does it fall afoul of?
