@ilyamiskov I think sitting at 80% is much better than sitting closer to 100%. I’ve heard 50% is ideal long-term but 80’s a good compromise for convenience. Not sure if there’s generally anything valuable from charging/discharging

This is definitely a nice setting, but if we take let's say a Macbook that's always connected to power and we limit it to 80%, would that already improve the long-term health of the battery even if it's still constantly docked and connected to power? Or would it still need the electrons inside the battery to flow at least every once in a while, so discharge-charge and so on?

As far as I know, keeping your battery-powered devices such as laptops, tablets and phones permanently connected and charged at 100% is not good for battery health. Knowing this, why isn't there a mode in macOS / iPadOS / iOS that the user can willingly enable that would prevent the devices to constantly stay at 100% when connected to power? Let them automatically fluctuate between 20 and 80% throughout the day.

tl;dr At the beginning of the year we made the decision to shut down Maybe Finance (@maybe). Over the past five years, we explored a number of directions, from the original personal finance app through legal tech, marketing automation, B2B finance, and financial APIs. None found the traction or economics needed to build a sustainable, venture-backed business. We're now in the process of, to be very clinical, liquidating all assets. A couple dozen domains, 40+ git repos (including one of the most popular open-source personal finance apps ever), 100s of Figma projects with thousands frames of design. It's...a lot. It was my first big swing after my last exit and it just...didn't work. ☹️ Regardless, I'm thankful for the dozens of amazingly talented individuals who were involved over the years as well as the nearly 1,800 investors.

Hey @laravelphp , This is from a mobile screen (Samsung S25 FE - Android 16). I saw the spacing issue on two pages, especially the bottom one. Laravel Boost and Laravel MCP. Can the community PR this, or is it internal?

Lots of custom-written SVG here! Each block is just a simple React component w/ props for position, dimensions, colors, etc., so there's a lot of flexibility in what we can do with them.

At some point my own connection became more reliable than many of the services I use. I’m tired of looking at red status pages.

Hiding undo/redo buttons when unavailable Not a great idea to move buttons under a cursor though 😕

@TheBaamAhmed Yeah that might ultimately be the solution here, was just experimenting to try to reduce clutter

@actualTimWilson just enable/disable them as needed thats a much clearer UX pattern imo
