The Loyiso Masuku case clearly shows that justice is achieved when claims are pursued through action. Disputes should be resolved in court, not debated on podcast platforms.
The respondent was further ordered to publicly withdraw the allegations and issue a public apology to Cde Loyiso Masuku with the same prominence as the original statements.

Loyiso Masuku really made me so proud. People need to learn that what they say has consequences and the ability to damage one’s reputation. The winning of this case represents the change to come!
The justice system might have flaws but it shows that not everything you see online the internet is real and Loyiso Masuku’s case is an example of that
