GENERAL MCCASLAND🚨🚨 "On 03/03/2026, the FBI partnered with our office in the search for Neil. I met with Susan McCasland at the residence along with FBI agents. Susan provided consent for the FBI to take possession of her cell phone, Neil's cell phone, and their shared Mac computer so that the data could be extracted and analyzed. I later transported Susan to the main station to participate in a formal interview conducted by Kathryn Lucero. See her report for further details. After the interview was completed, I transported Susan back to her residence. On 03/06/2026, I met with Susan at her residence and we went together to Wells Fargo in an attempt to obtain Neil's financial records. Bank employees advised that a subpoena would be required in order to release those records. After leaving Wells Fargo, we went to the office of Neil and Susan's primary care physician, where staff provided us with copies of Neil's available medical records. While there, I spoke with Neil's physician, Dr. Neelagaru, who stated she had been treating Neil for over a year. She described Neil as very sharp and highly intelligent. Dr. Neelagaru stated that over the past few months Neil had experienced some elevated lab levels, which initially raised concerns that his prostate cancer may have been returning. However, after Neil made dietary changes, those levels returned to normal. Dr. Neelagaru stated that Neil had expressed concern about possible cognitive decline. According to her, Neil reported becoming more forgetful and having difficulty following along with information as he had previously been able to do. She stated she made a referral for Neil to see a neurologist and had concerns that he may have been showing early signs of dementia, which she was not able to fully test for in her practice."

The skunk waddling across your yard at night is a pacifist who really just wants to eat your pests. Skunks are grub specialists. They go for the larvae of Japanese beetles and June beetles, the same grubs that kill grass from the roots up, and they'll dig up a yellowjacket nest and eat the whole thing too. Those little cone-shaped holes in your lawn aren't vandalism. They're a skunk telling you that you had a grub problem, and that it's handling it. And the spray? It's a last resort, and they really don't want to use it. A skunk is slow, near-sighted, and mild-mannered, and before it ever sprays it will warn you over and over: stomping its front feet, hissing, arching its back, lifting its tail, even making little fake charges. It's an animal begging you to just back away. So if you see one trundling through your yard at dusk, you don't have a problem, you have a slow, gentle, near-blind exterminator doing a lap of your yard. Give it space and let it work.
