@Mielie32 Hi Corné. I am sorry again about the speed issue. The ticket will be attended to, it has been escalated internally on Openserve's side. According to the Openserve system the ticket has been tasked to their core engineering team for a 2nd GE link to be installed. ^Sandile

Thanks for bringing this to our attention Corné. I'm truly sorry for the delay and trouble caused with this speed issue. Yes the ticket was closed however the Openserve technicians stated the issue is expedited with the test centre and core engineering to assist further. ^Sandile
