Pianist Peng Haitao shipped a piano from Wuhan, over 1,200 km (745 miles), to Beichuan, the epicenter of the 2008 earthquake in Sichuan, to commemorate school children buried under debris when flimsy school buildings collapsed. Mr Peng played for 28 minutes before police came and removed him and the piano.
