On this, I am at odds with @thetimes and (in their view), "the public". I DO want companies (including banks) to see themselves as engines of social change. And yes, I want a warm, inclusive, diverse bank too. The social responsibility of business is more than simply "business".

@agentGav @psd I spent c.0.5 day this week getting two well-formatted Google docs to display/print well-formatted in Microsoft because a) production team in a UK public sector org want Microsoft, b) Google/Microsoft don't play nicely on standards, & c) Microsoft seems to no longer be WYSIWYG
