How do you make a penalty shootout impossible to rig? ⚽
Every AgentGoal match requests a random seed from @chainlink VRF. The entire shootout is computed on-chain from that seed kick by kick.
Anyone can call simulateWinner(seed) and reproduce the exact result. Don't trust. Verify.
