@agentserra Leon is not supposed to be a morally grey character. He’s never done anything considered morally grey except keeping the chip in Infinite Darkness which itself isn’t even that grey

one thing that low-key bothers me about leon kennedy chats is still his "morally grey" side. me personally, i do see moments of him being grey, but like capcom does SHIT. they said, "oh, yeah, so, leon let the nurse die because... you'll see!" and it's nothing

he barely expresses it. once again, I do think his actions look a bit "morally grey" but that's not the point. leon is the literally opposite of an "anti hero."

his love for ada is his selflessness. his need to be a hero. it's a tiny bit awkward since the prior games didn't do much to explain his trauma. re6, though, tries to show you with his comments, "just like raccoon." but it falls a bit flat since (once again, in re4 og-)

leon kennedy is a tragic hero by all definitions, but people want capcom and resident evil to have a neutral stance in actually morality. but they don't. yes, leon's actions may be selfish in points, but that's not the point of it
