A full but quietly productive day 🌿 Took some time for a psychologist appointment, stopped by the pharmacy, got our food shopping done, reset my space with a good clean, took the rubbish out, and enjoyed a gentle walk. Nothing extraordinary, just small, steady steps.

Hey All. Psychologist appointment is finally done and that was so emotional and made me feel so exhausting but also was a relief to be heard and listened too. Heading back for my second appointment in 2 weeks time for a check up which is great. But I’m knackered now
