Portlaoise: there is currently a fibre fault between Portlaoise and Stradbally, that started around 5:00 this morning. Fiber crews are in the progress of investigating, where the fault is.

North Co. Galway: several of our repeaters north of Tuam are currently offline due to a fibre fault between Kilconly and Milltown. Estimation time for restore: 20:00

Galway: the faulty router has now been replaced.

Galway: we currently have a router in Galway, that is faulty and causes intermittent outages for some customers. Estimated fix: 13:30

4th Oct weekend: quite a few outages. Some related to power. Around Caherlistrane, we see that some of our antennas got a real hit reducing bandwidth. We will try to get this fixed as fast as we can.

Galway: we have had an issue with a failed switch in our network in Galway today. This should have had limited impact on customers, but if their connection dropped during the outage, it may not have come back online. This has been repaired now.

Galway City: we are currently dealing with a power outage in Galway. Minimal impact on the network expected. Restoration expected: 15:00

This issue has now been fully resolved.

Galway: due to a power issue in Galway, our Moycullen and Menlo transmitters are offline. We are already working on restoring connectivity.

Doorly, Co. Galway, The Neale / Rafford, Co. Mayo: power restored around 14:30, all gear fully online 15:00.

Glann road (north Lough Corrib), Co. Galway is back online. Doorly and The Neale still suffering from a power outage that started at 9:00 this morning.

Milltown, Co. Galway: power just dropped on site. Engineer is en route with a generator.

Glann, Doorly (Galway), The Neale, Rafford (Mayo): offline due to power fault. Engineer already on site.

Status Update: Our Caoran / Rossaveel, Co. Galway repeater has been rebuild, is back online and that also includes service for the Arann Islands.

North Co. Galway: Our repeater in Glinsk is back online.

The Neale, Co. Mayo: all sectors back online.

Status update (Co. Mayo): Our Rafford transmitter is now back online.

Status update (South Co. Galway): Our transmitters in Kilchreest, Sonnagh and Oranmore are now back online.

@Vinky71 The mast in Nolans Yard is destroyed. We're going to move customers that were on that mast onto the Bellharbour and New Quay repeaters over the next few days, where we can. Please contact support at support@airwire.ie or give us a call at 091-395000
