After serving as the Athletic Trainer at Parkway North HS for the past five years, I’m saying goodbye. 😭 It has been my honor to be on the sidelines and in the AT Room for all of my student-athletes. I’ll still be cheering you on from the stands! Thank you Vikings!! 💜

@MSHSAAOrg's Class 5 District 3 finals took place at Liberty Wentzville High School on Saturday, May 17th. District athletes (including those of @FHTRXC) took advantage of an absolutely perfect day for track and field.

One year ago, @ameliaward26 and her @FHTRXC teammates competed at the Fred Lyons Invitational Track meet hosted by @PNVikings10. In addition to the Vikings of Francis Howell challenging the Vikings of Parkway North, several more teams will try to earn the meet victory.
