Mistral just open-sourced a text-to-speech model that beats ElevenLabs. 3 GB of RAM. Runs locally. Free. The thing people were paying per-word for last year runs on your laptop now.

This feels like cheating, and I mean that seriously. A free Claude skill just dropped that writes the perfect prompt for any AI tool on the first try no re-prompts, no wasted credits, no fourth attempt. It's called Prompt Master, and it works with Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Midjourney, o3, Bolt, v0, and ElevenLabs right out of the box. One install. 18+ tools supported. 100% Opensource.

🚨 Stop using Claude Code like a $200/month autocomplete. Someone just open sourced the playbook that turns it into a full AI engineering team. It's called claude-howto. A visual, copy-paste guide that takes you from typing basic prompts to orchestrating agents, hooks, skills, and MCP servers. You're paying for 10 feature systems. You're using 2. Here's the other 8. → 01. Slash Commands. Custom workflows triggered by one word. → 02. Memory. Claude remembers your entire project across sessions. → 03. Skills. Reusable behaviors Claude applies automatically. → 04. Subagents. Isolated Claude instances working in parallel. → 05. MCP Servers. Connect Claude to GitHub, databases, Kubernetes, anything. → 06. Hooks. Actions that fire before or after every prompt. → 07. Plugins. Bundle everything above into one installable package. → 08. Checkpoints. Save and restore project state like git snapshots. → 09. Advanced Features. Planning mode, permissions, extended thinking, voice. → 10. CLI Mastery. Flags, configs, and power user shortcuts. Here's what makes this different from Anthropic's docs: Every chapter has visual diagrams, real examples, and templates you copy directly into your project. Not theory. Not documentation walls. Working configs you paste and use in 30 seconds. There's a structured learning roadmap: Level 1: Commands + Memory. 1 hour. Level 2: Skills + Hooks + MCP + Subagents. 3 hours. Level 3: Plugins + Advanced Features + CI/CD. 5 hours. Claude Code bootcamps charge $500+. Courses charge thousands. This is free. MIT licensed. 1.1K GitHub stars. 10 chapters. Every feature covered. 100% Open Source. Bookmark this. You'll need it.

your app works fine with 10 users then 10,000 show up and everything breaks I found a free github repo that has real notes from netflix, uber, airbnb on exactly how they fixed this it's called awesome-scalability and it's insane github.com/binhnguyennus/… Discord stores billions of messages.. Stripe handles millions of payments... that’s where scalability stands

🚨BREAKING: Claude Code just got a subconscious. Letta open-sourced the memory layer AI coding agents have always been missing. claude-subconscious is a background agent that watches every session and learns how you work: → Monitors every Claude Code session in real time → Learns your patterns, preferences, and unfinished work across projects → Injects memory into every prompt automatically, before you type → One shared brain, synced across multiple parallel sessions → Intervenes before tool use and planning with context that actually matters The architecture hits different: → Full memory block injected on the first prompt → Only diffs sent after that zero token bloat → Agent has live tool access and runs background research → Talk to it directly it sees everything and responds on the next sync Install in 2 commands: /plugin marketplace add github:letta-ai/claude-subconscious /plugin install claude-subconscious 100% free and open source.

Anthropic shipped 3 remote access methods in 3 weeks. Everyone's asking which one to use. Wrong question. The question is: what survives when they ship the next one? Answer: your GitHub repo. Web Sessions — cloud-hosted, no laptop needed. The only one that's fully device-independent. Boris Cherny (Anthropic) runs Claude Code + several Web Sessions in parallel. Remote Control — your phone becomes a terminal window. Full local access but can't start new work. Dispatch — a walkie-talkie for Cowork. Spawns parallel sessions from phone or desktop. Gmail, Slack, Notion connectors built in. Can't attach files or copy text. Channels — Telegram / Discord events pipe into a live Code session. Event-driven, not interactive. I use all four alongside Code and Cowork. They're not alternatives. The comparison table is in the infographic. But the key insight is at the bottom: CLAUDE.md, knowledge files, templates, tools — every surface reads from the same repo. Web Sessions clone it. Everything else reads it from your machine. The repo survived all of them.

🚨 BREAKING: The most starred AI repo of the month isn't a model. It's an ORG CHART. 50K GitHub stars. 14 days. One Reddit thread. The Agency. An open source AI company you install in one command. 147 agents. 12 divisions. → Each agent has a unique voice, expertise, and defined deliverables → Native support for Claude Code, Cursor, Gemini CLI, Copilot, OpenCode → Agents ship with production-ready code examples and success metrics → Conversion scripts for every major agentic coding tool → Modding support — contribute your own agents 7.5K forks. Developers contributing from around the world. Here's why this changes everything: You don't need a bigger model. You need better structure. The Agency gives AI the org chart it was always missing. Specialized. Accountable. Composable. MIT License. 100% Open Source. (Link in comments)

🚨Breaking: Someone just open sourced a knowledge graph engine for your codebase and it's terrifying how good it is. It's called GitNexus. And it's not a documentation tool. It's a full code intelligence layer that maps every dependency, call chain, and execution flow in your repo -- then plugs directly into Claude Code, Cursor, and Windsurf via MCP. Here's what this thing does autonomously: → Indexes your entire codebase into a graph with Tree-sitter AST parsing → Maps every function call, import, class inheritance, and interface → Groups related code into functional clusters with cohesion scores → Traces execution flows from entry points through full call chains → Runs blast radius analysis before you change a single line → Detects which processes break when you touch a specific function → Renames symbols across 5+ files in one coordinated operation → Generates a full codebase wiki from the knowledge graph automatically Here's the wildest part: Your AI agent edits UserService.validate(). It doesn't know 47 functions depend on its return type. Breaking changes ship. GitNexus pre-computes the entire dependency structure at index time -- so when Claude Code asks "what depends on this?", it gets a complete answer in 1 query instead of 10. Smaller models get full architectural clarity. Even GPT-4o-mini stops breaking call chains. One command to set it up: `npx gitnexus analyze` That's it. MCP registers automatically. Claude Code hooks install themselves. Your AI agent has been coding blind. This fixes that. 9.4K GitHub stars. 1.2K forks. Already trending. 100% Open Source. (Link in the comments)
