okay all jokes aside oscar’s performance in this race is actually insane. bloke hasn’t had a single lap of experience in this new regs. when he starts his first GP, he leads, goes w2w & maintains the lead against an objectively better car. ending conversations pretty fast

i’m just so content after this weekend. seeing oscar smiling on the podium got me wiping away a couple of tears. i don’t even care about that safety car timing. he got everything he could out of it and more than i even thought was possible.

oscar fist bumping when crossing the line! 😭 you can tell what this result means to him after that awful start to his season. really unlucky with the safety car, but he worked that car so hard and has the result to show for it.

what is happening with george bumming around like that? is there a problem? surely he’s pushing after getting screwed by the safety car and his teammate having the win fall into his lap.

oscar could really benefit from lewis and george fighting, so he can pull away at least a little bit
