Ibu government spent unsustainably without need assessments & prioritisation, commissioning corrupt unfeasible projects at inflated price tags, financed by burgeoning public debt. Calls for SOE reform, spending cuts, targeted subsidies, banking reform, debt restructuring were ignored. Current government continued down the same irresponsible path to secure Majlis 2024. Now both parties busy themselves, blaming & pointing fingers at each other, while we the people are left to face the ensuing hardship.
