WHITE MEN: I work in the drywall/construction industry and I am going to be REALLY honest here. Two of our guys who were White, flatbed drivers, got fired today and they deserved to be fired. Why? Because they were METHED OUT OF THEIR MINDS THIS MORNING. This sadly is not uncommon with a decent percentage of our White male employees. They are either drunks or drug addicts and on average do not last as employees for longer than six months. Get your shit together. It’s absolutely not an attack. It is a call to please do better! I try to “disappear” the apps from everyone else if I get to them first if you catch my drift.
