This is the Oneplus One I was using. Now battered, though surprisingly without any screen cracks, it served its purpose well for years. With "good value" being so rare nowadays, I wonder if the broken-but-fully-functional could give such results in other markets too

I've bought used in the past, but this is new (😉) Got myself this 6 month old S20 for a little less than 1/3 of its retail price, thanks to that little crack in the corner (as opposed to 2/3) Many friends call me an idiot for it, but I really recommend trying it. Killer value

@INArteCarloDoss The Milanese looks absolutely wonderful! A little tip for creaminess, if I may: Cheese, cooled guanciale juices in a bowl, add pasta (+ water if needed) and stir before serving. This saves the cheese from clumping from heat and coats the pasta with both together. Keep it up!

I used fermented milk and very heavy flour for the bread this time. It takes quite a bit more kneading, but it rises SO well! The bun is actually only 60-70g of flour: Lighter than a regular sized one and double the volume!
