These giant ships never actually existed, btw. No shipwreck of this fleet has ever been found (unlike every other fleet in history). Zheng He was real but the giant ships are made up, he sailed with normal sized ships.

I do a ton of research on art and Greek and Roman works, and every time I notice organizations dropping off X, I can’t help but wonder...do you even care about your subject matter? Why act so entitled, like the audience there is somehow beneath you or unworthy of engaging with your work? Some of these boomers really need to realize we’re not living in their world anymore.

@CaptainVatican So the most recent study done by CARA says that not only do 96% of weekly massgoers read the bulletin, so do 58% of only occasional massgoers! It’s such a cultural staple, Catholics know it’s where they need to go for the latest info even if it’s only an online bulletin

19 (almost 20!) hr fast 1098cal 70g protein 14k steps + gym tried spam for the first time (it wasn’t great but it’s nice to try new things!) had a plum for the first time in ages (i have plum trauma) made a spiritually fat <600cal dinner (i’m talented like that 💅🏻)
