sorry guys its been a rough past couple months for me but i have to be thankful i am still relatively healthy and alive.. tw for car accident mention but this girl i knew, her bf and other friend passed in a car accident recently u never know what will happen plz tell ur loved ones u love them

barely even have time for self care i just want to go home and play games.. i do the bare minimum of chores like laundry cleaning litterbox and keeping my room and bathroom kinda tidy but i dont even have the energy to go out with friends

not only that but the fact i have to cough up like 100 every month JUST to say hi to my doc for like 2 seconds and get a new script just to be functional enough to study for classes. AND pay for the classes… and work to pay for this

its no wonder my social life is nonexistent when all ive been doing lately is working to pay tuition and get pt care exp

if i stay unmedicated im at higher risk for dementia but if i keep taking a stimulant medication long term im at higher risk for cardiovascular disease 😁 ty adhd
