Attrakt has officially lost the Cupid copyright lawsuit after not filing an appeal.
Previously, the court ruled in favor of The Givers and Ahn Sungil (SIAHN), stating that “The plaintiff's claims are without merit and are therefore dismissed." This ruling is now final.
