Since I joined making ads, I keep seeing more and more accounts sharing their AI video/image generation results and ads.
It is crazy impressive, the more I see the more I want to try it out.
In fact I did try replicating the styles.
However I also noticed lots of gatekeeping for obvious reasons.
I worked on talking organs ad, talking muscles ad and I created a project instruction document that you can throw into claude.
Then you describe the character and the setting location and it gives you the right prompt that resembles Pixar Style animation.
If you want to seamlessly reproduce talking head AI character,
RT, and drop "AI Bro" in the comments. (must be following of course)

If video editing were really “easy,” everyone would be a video editor — and clients wouldn’t exist.
The truth is: editing is a craft. It takes patience, precision, creative judgment, and years of practice to turn raw footage into a story that actually connects.
A video editor is a video editor.
Not a graphic designer.
Not a web developer.
Not “someone who can do everything.”
Respect the craft. Value the skill.
Because great editing isn’t done by everyone — it’s done by professionals who understand every frame, every cut, and every moment.

the way I did it was by limiting doomscrolling, and having intentional periods of time where I'd consume NOTHING
I stopped consuming content while eating, listening to podcasts on walks, taking my phone with me to the washroom, or picking up my phone at all if I'm around people
and as I slowly got used to not consuming all the time, I started finding it easier and easier to do things that once seemed boring
now I'm not telling u guys to completely do a dopamine detox every other week and quit social media entirely, we simply cannnot do that, since our income depends on social media
but the least we can do is be intentional with our time spent doing things outside of our work, so we can actually WORK better, and LIVE better

@mangoster How to reduce your baseline dopamine? Can you explain about that?
