@miguelnlicht Inclusive al no estar el club Español obligado a retener + la demora en notificar a los clubes "vendedores", los primeros casos salieron a la luz años más tarde. Desde hace tiempo ya es un asunto conocido y la mayoría de los clubes está al tanto y resguarda contractualmente.

@arielreck Cuando se hicieron esos contratos nadie en su buen entendimiento hubiera pactado una cláusula de grossing up, porque resultaba una hipótesis absurda suponer que la autoridad tributaria española considerase ganancia de fuente española la venta de un jugador extranjero.
